Hi I’m Nicole and I am a Crafter. As a child I learnt to knit and sew from my Mum. Since then I am always making something, I can’t sit at night just watching TV as my hands need to be busy.I love coming up with new creations, be it something for a friend or family member or for my craft stall. The last 4 years I have been crafting using tartan. It started with my Thistle lapel pins , then making Kilted doorstops, kilted bottle covers and lately Sitooterie cushions. I also up-cycle pre loved kilts as commission pieces or for my craft table. I often go to sleep puzzling over a project and wake with an idea of how best to accomplish it. I enjoy being a member Forres Crafter’s and sharing a love of hand crafting with like minded folk.
